A Graduate Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a main contractor with specialist expertise in roads and highways work in West London. The position would suit recent graduates who have had a year's placement as a Quantity Surveyor within another Civil Engineering Contractor. Alternatively, recent graduates with some post graduate experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Civil Engineering projects.

Projects will largely be Highways Framework schemes including work on minor and major roads & motorways in and around West London and just outside of the M25.

Responsibilities and Duties

You will provide commercial support to a Commercial Team on a number of roads & highways projects. As well as providing commercial support, you will be fully trained by expert staff on the company's systems and procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Candidates must have some prior experience of working in a junior Quantity Surveying role for a civil engineering main contractor or sub-contractor.
  • Candidates must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements

Candidates who hold a degree qualification (or similar equivalent) are preferred; however, candidates working towards this with some relevant experience would be considered.
