The predicted salary is between 35000 - 45000 £ per year.

Creating cost estimates and detailed cost plans. Market testing rates / benchmarking in liaison with research and development.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Good understanding and reasonable technical knowledge of building technology and construction processes, with a residential focus/bias (ideally high-rise).
  • Exceptionally strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, cost X, CAD measure, bespoke measuring programmes and tools generally; and good skills and ability in Outlook Email, Calendar, and Word.
  • Proven experience, post-graduation, in cost planning in a client-side role; contractor experience may also be considered.
