Responsibilities and DutiesYou will work as part of a small team of staff whose primary role will be to provide commercial, contractual and claims support to a specialist subcontractor. After this commission you can expect to get involved in more complex claims and disputes related work, including working closely with an expert witness and gaining exposure to formal dispute proceedings such as adjudications.
