You will be leading our existing key client relationships. You will be creating new client and consultant relationships and opportunities in the market place. You will be leading, developing and expanding the exceptional people in your team. You will be managing and leading your cost management team on a wide variety of projects. You will be accountable for performance. You will display excellence in service delivery leadership.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Strong Quantity Surveying experience in the construction sector
- Ability to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner
- Strong cost planning experience
- Experience of providing procurement advice, tender documentation and post contract services
- Client facing experience
- Experience in using industry standard processes and systems
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or similar technical discipline is desired
- RICS or membership of other relevant professional body is desired
