A Quantity Surveyor is being sought by a reputable Housing Developer in Camberley, Surrey. The successful candidate will be working upon multiple residential new build projects in this region, with values in excess of Β£1,000,000. Such projects will include traditional housing and high-rise developments.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Contract administration
- Subcontractor management
- Conducting measurements
- Cost value reconciliations
- Variations (compensation/additional time/additional works)
- Preparation of claims
- Preparation of final accounts
- Issuing Interim payments certificates
Desired Skills and Experience
- Previous experience working for a Housing Developer is highly desirable
