This is a fantastic role for an experienced Senior Project Manager to undertake project management duties for a private developer on major industrial schemes. The position offers the chance to manage the full project lifecycle and client relationships across warehouse, factory, and associated road developments in Birmingham.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage the delivery of industrial development projects from inception to completion.
- Lead coordination between the client, design team, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide robust project governance, ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met.
- Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
- Monitor progress on-site and resolve issues proactively.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Around 7+ years’ client project management experience is expected.
- Industrial/warehouse development experience strongly preferred.
