An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Cashier to join their established finance team. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Legal Cashier to develop within a thriving company that offers long-term progression and career development.
What will you be doing?
- Managing, processing and resolving invoice queries.
- Acting as the first point of contact for suppliers regarding invoicing and payment queries.
- Accurately processing large volumes of invoices.
- Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies through to resolution.
- Processing card payments.
- Supporting and maintaining accounting processes and controls.
What we are looking for?
- Worked in a Legal Cashier or Legal Accounts role within the UK.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills including MS packages.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good time management and communication skills.
Salary is negotiable on experience.
