The Role

  • As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and day to day running of the service, ensuring exceptional standards of care and full regulatory compliance.
  • Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and managing the daily operations of the domiciliary care service
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding & best practice standard
  • Recruiting, training, mentoring, and developing a high-performing care team
  • Overseeing care planning, risk assessments, audits, and quality assurance
  • Managing rotas, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver a safe service
