Your duties and responsibilities can include:
- Cooking and/or preparing meals and possibly assistance with feeding

Care workers are frequently the only people that a customer may see on a daily basis and clearly there is a responsibility to report any relevant information back to the Care Supervisor. It is not the role of the care worker to become involved in notifying family, friends or relatives of changes. This will be carried out by the care manager. The role is hugely rewarding but understand the role can be demanding in physical and emotional ways.
What we are looking for:
- Someone professional, reliable and of smart appearance
- Good social skills and able to hold conversations with elderly clients
- Someone with warmth and friendliness
- Strong communications skills
- Someone who can be calm in sometimes stressful situations
- You must be a driver and have your own car
- Ideally you will have flexibility to cover different work patterns
If you want to play a part in looking after the elderly people in your community then this could be a great career for you!
Excellent hourly rates of pay, bonus payments, mileage paid, paid holidays, company events, flexible shift patterns, permanent, contract and part time or full time available.
