We are thrilled to be working with an amazing care provider on this new and exciting position! Due to expansion, they are looking for a Care Manager to assist with the running of their live-in care team.
The office is based a few miles from the Basingstoke area but it is essential for all applicants to be a driver and own their own car as the role involves travel to see care clients (expenses fully paid).
The duties will include a mixture of office-based administrative and external management of live-in care staff:
- Writing eye-catching job specs to attract new care staff
- Advertising job vacancies and arranging interviews
- Interviewing new potential care staff and ensuring they complete all necessary application forms and paperwork
- Introducing care staff to service users
- Meeting new potential clients in their home and discussing the care services you can provide
- Building strong relationships
- Keeping care systems up to date
- Highlighting any training requirements for live-in care staff
As the role will entail a significant amount of office admin work, all candidates must have strong IT skills and a professional telephone manner. This is a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday. There will be a small element of on-call but this is quite minimal.
Salary for the role is negotiable but we envisage it will be between £25,000 - £30,000 + great benefits, excellent working conditions and excellent career growth opportunities.
