We have taken a unique role for a lovely care provider based in the Crawley area. The role will initially be part time (approx 3 days a week) and will be a mixture of hands on care work and office based administration. It is essential that all applicants have previous Care Assistant experience and therefore this would suit a carer that is looking to gain some exposure in an office environment..... a very rare opportunity!
On the care side of the position you will go out and about in the Crawley area delivering care to mainly elderly clients that wish to remain within their own home, it is therefore essential to be a driver for this vacancy and have access to a vehicle.
The duties will be a varied mixture of tasks ranging from Care Coordination, Care Worker Recruitment, Ensuring care worker files are up to date and completing all the necessary admin for these including reference checking, DBS and copies of care related qualifications etc... as well as other administration tasks.
