Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Posting transactions to client and office accounts
- Managing the purchase ledger
- Completing regular bank reconciliations
- Handling financial transactions and calculating client interest
- Checking and processing bills and completion statements
- Managing petty cash

- Previous experience as a Legal Cashier (we may consider a Finance Assistant with a professional services background)
- A strong work ethic and proactive approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
