Maxim Healthcare in Dubuque, IA is hiring a Registered Nurse to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.
Available shifts: Full-time days and nights
Pay: $38/hour

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient/client care and services.
- Initiate the plan of care and request revisions from prescribers as patient needs change.
- Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on diagnosis and goals.
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor, and document effectiveness.
- Review care plans, identify education needs, and assist with care coordination and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Current RN license for the practicing state.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year RN experience preferred.
