Maxim FM are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with previous experience to join our team in Leeds.

Maxim FM specialise in a wide range of cleaning services and has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. Past experience in the same or a similar role is required; however, training will be provided. This position is well suited to any individual looking to advance their career in the industry and wanting to gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.

Requirements:

• Previous Cleaning Experience Essential.
• Must be comfortable working alone or as a team.
• Fit to undertake cleaning duties.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• An Existing Enhanced DBS Is Preferred But Not Essential.
• You must hold a full, manual, UK driving license to be considered for this role.

Working times are as follows:

• 30 hours a week (overtime regularly available).
• Flexible working times (often split shifts morning + afternoon).
• A company vehicle as well as a fuel card will be provided.

This is a permanent position offering an hourly wage of £13.00.
