Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Modular Installer, located in Billericay, Essex, with the flexibility to work remotely on projects across the globe. The Modular Installer will be responsible for assembling and installing modular building components following specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks involve reading building drawings, using tools and equipment to construct and assemble structures, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines. Interaction with clients to ensure specific requirements are met may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and understanding of construction processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity with safety protocols and the ability to follow them strictly
• Experience in modular or conventional construction, or a related field
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving project needs
• Excellent team collaboration and effective communication skills
• Valid driver’s licence preferred for travel as needed
• Relevant certifications in construction or modular installation are a plus
