About the role
This is a full-on role, initially you will learn how a transport office functions, the successful applicants will be using a bespoke traffic system as well as internet-based customer programmes. Booking orders, raising worksheets, dealing with customers and drivers will be a key part of the role. Once you have mastered the basics, its time to move on to planning, the planning function is crucial to maintain the excellence of our service.
