About The Role

This is a full-on role, covering many elements, including but not limited to:

• Planning customer loads for delivery in NI & ROI
• Updating our customers in NI & ROI on arrival of goods
• Liaising with drivers / subcontractors to arrange goods deliveries and return of empty fleet
• Adhering to maintenance schedules and proactively checking fleet, while liaising with our in-house Maintenance Team plus external vendors
• Creating & checking customs documentation, working alongside a dedicated Customs Administrator
• Assisting with UK planners where required
• Keeping our TMS updated to accurately reflect the days movements

We are looking for quality people to step up and become valued members of our expanding team at our Warrington Depot.

Shift pattern

Mon Fri 06:00 – 14:00. Full flexibility is required to meet changing operational requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Desirable experience of working in a logistics environment or transferrable skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
• Customer Service, exceeding customers expectations
• Positive attitude, with the ability to remain calm
• Willingness to learn
• Strong organisational skills are vital, adhering to deadlines, prioritising workload
• Integration into existing team
