Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to support our automotive parts distribution operation based at Wedgnock, Warwick. A fast-paced role working closely with OEM customers, dealers, and internal operations to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of parts across the UK network. We are looking for bright people with inquisitive natures, a positive attitude and a thirst for learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing inbound and outbound customer communications
- Providing delivery updates and resolving queries
- Liaising with transport planning and warehouse teams
- Monitoring deliveries and escalating issues where required
- Supporting service level performance and customer satisfaction
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment remaining calm under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Experience in transport/logistics (preferred but not essential)
Working pattern:
Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:00
Based at Wedgnock Depot, Warwick. Due to the nature of our business flexibility in working pattern may be required to meet changing operational requirements.
