Your new role
This busy role requires computer knowledge, a positive attitude, skill to problem solve and the ability to remain calm under pressure. We focus on finding people with the correct mindset, rather than skill set. Full training will be given to the successful applicant, covering many elements including, raising paperwork, customer liaison, driver liaison, dealing with shipping lines, customer service and customs duties.

- PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook - essential
- Ability to problem solve whilst remaining calm - essential

- Previous experience working in a logistics environment - desirable
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday with alternate weekend shifts on rota. 8-hour shift within range of 07:00-19:00. Flexibility in working pattern may be required to meet operational needs on occasion.
