Are you passionate about sales operations and thrive on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Do you get excited about coordinating promotions, managing data, and supporting commercial teams to drive performance? We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team on and help elevate our sales execution across key markets. You will be part of our European Sales team and work with popular brands like Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love, Bebeconfort and Safety 1st.

N.B. Please note that this position is for a maternity leave cover for one year, ideally starting the 1st of September 2025.

Your mission

In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our sales channels; Mass Market, Online, Outlet, and CP, by coordinating promotions, managing master data, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding. You’ll work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to ensure every detail is aligned and every process is optimized. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational and analytical skills make a real impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Supporting the coordination of sales promotions and product launches to drive growth
  • Maintaining and updating retailer master data across systems
  • Monitoring pricing, backlogs, and availability, resolving issues before they escalate
  • Acting as the main contact for B2B customers and supporting Key Account Managers
  • Collaborating with different teams to meet retailer requirements
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel

Your profile

  • Relevant experience in a similar sales coordination or commercial support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Salesforce is nice to have.
  • A proactive mindset and strong communication skills.

What we offer

  • A salary of £28,000 per annum
  • This is a temporary position for 1 year (maternity cover), starting 1st September 2025
  • This is a hybrid role based in Borehamwood, UK, with 2 days per week working on-site.
  • The annual leave entitlements consist of 25 vacation days
  • Other terms include health insurance and pension scheme.
