We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our team on and help elevate our sales execution across key markets. You will be part of our European Sales team and work with popular brands like Maxi-Cosi, Tiny Love, Bebeconfort and Safety 1st.
Your mission
In this position, you will play a key role in supporting our sales channels; Mass Market, Online, Outlet, and CP, by coordinating promotions, managing master data, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding. You’ll work closely with internal teams, retailers, and external partners to ensure every detail is aligned and every process is optimized. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where your organizational and analytical skills make a real impact.
Key responsibilities
• Supporting the coordination of sales promotions and product launches to drive growth• Maintaining and updating retailer master data across systems• Monitoring pricing, backlogs, and availability, resolving issues before they escalate• Acting as the main contact for B2B customers and supporting Key Account Managers• Collaborating with different teams to meet retailer requirements• Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
Your profile
• Relevant experience in a similar sales coordination or commercial support role• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Hands-on experience with Power BI and Salesforce is nice to have.• A proactive mindset and strong communication skills.
