Max Energy are a supply and fit insulation installer working in the newbuild housing sector. With the Government looking to build 1.5 million new homes, now is the time to join this expanding company. We have committed workloads for years to come from major housebuilders such as Taylor Wimpey, Barratt, Redrow, Bellway and Vistry.
Do not worry if you have not installed insulation before as we have a full training programme for all new employees. We are an equal opportunities employer.
About the Job
- Installing various types of insulation into external walls and lofts
- Loading and unloading material from your vehicle
- Following company install process
- Conduct pre and post install inspections
- Completing paperwork via our in-house app on your tablet
- Adhere to Max Energy and site Health and Safety procedures

Requirements
- Experience as an insulation installer or general construction preferred but not essential
- Site labouring/DIY experience would be an advantage
- CSCS card required or willingness to obtain one
- A degree of fitness is required as this is a manual role and can be physically demanding
- Full driving licence is required with less than 6 points
- Must be over 21 years of age for insurance purposes
