The Marketing & Affiliate Manager will oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, affiliate acquisition and management, and market expansion strategies. This role requires a mix of analytical skills, relationship management, and creative marketing know-how — ideally with experience in iGaming, casino, sportsbook, or related gambling verticals. You’ll be responsible for building our affiliate network, optimizing ROI from marketing spend, and leading campaigns that drive player acquisition and retention in both established and emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, social, influencer, affiliate) to grow player acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Build, manage, and expand the affiliate network, including recruitment, onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance, ensuring effective ROI tracking and player lifetime value growth.
  • Identify new market opportunities, especially within North America, and tailor strategies for regional compliance, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (CRM, product, data analytics, creative) to align promotions, content, and campaigns with company goals.
  • Manage budgets, media spend, and performance reporting across all marketing and affiliate channels.
  • Stay ahead of trends in the industry, regulatory changes, and marketing technologies.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and affiliate conferences to strengthen partnerships and discover new growth avenues might be required but not on regular basis.

Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing or affiliate management within the iGaming / gambling / online casino industry or relevant.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and managing affiliate programs with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, player behavior, and retention metrics.
  • Experience with North American markets (US, Canada) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset — comfortable working with analytics tools (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Power BI, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
