An established and highly regarded air conditioning specialist is expanding its engineering team and is looking to recruit three engineers. They require an experienced Service & Maintenance Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance, servicing and fault finding, alongside two Trainee Air Conditioning Engineers who are eager to develop a long-term career within the industry.

Skills & Experience

- For the Service & Maintenance Engineer you'll need:
- FGAS qualification
- Previous experience servicing and fault-finding with air conditioning systems
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Full UK driving licence
- For the Junior Engineer positions you'll need:
- A genuine desire to learn the air conditioning industry
- Experience within a trade such as plumbing, gas, heating, refrigeration, mechanical building services or another hands-on engineering trade is ideal but NOT essential
- Strong practical and mechanical aptitude
- Positive attitude and willingness to develop
- Full UK driving licence
In return, you'll receive a highly competitive salary, dependent on experience, of up to £48,000, (£30,000 for trainees) together with a fully equipped company van (senior role only), private healthcare following successful completion of probation and ongoing training and career development, including FGAS certification and manufacturer-specific training where appropriate. Working Monday to Friday, typically from 8:00am to 4:00pm, you'll enjoy an excellent work-life balance with very little overtime or weekend working, whilst becoming part of a stable, long-established business.
