Do you want to make a difference to patient safety and enjoy bringing structure, rigour and attention to detail to the work that makes it happen? DaVita International provides dialysis services across 14 countries. We are looking for a Clinical Governance Coordinator to join our Clinical team in our International HQ, in Chiswick, West London, supporting clinical governance, patient safety and quality activities across those countries.

What will you be doing?

  • Coordinating governance and risk meetings, preparing materials, taking minutes and following up on actions.
  • Supporting reviews of patient safety events, including gathering information, developing timelines and tracking resulting actions.
  • Maintaining the clinical risk register and making sure actions are followed through to completion.
  • Supporting patient safety and quality improvement projects.
  • Analysing clinical and safety data to help identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for clinical leaders.
  • Managing workflows within our quality management system.
