Responsibilities

  • Inspect premises, assess pest issues and recommend the right solutions
  • Apply treatments safely, using the correct PPE and following best practice
  • Maintain clear, accurate records and reports for every visit
  • Advise customers on prevention and proofing measures
  • Build lasting customer relationships while upholding the company\’s high standards
  • Work as part of a supportive team to share knowledge and ensure great service delivery

Essential Skills & Experience

  • RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Control – essential
  • Full clean driving licence (minimum 1 year)
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
  • Practical problem-solver with strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
  • Physically fit and comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied environments
  • Good IT skills for reporting and communication
