Responsibilities
- Inspect premises, assess pest issues and recommend the right solutions
- Apply treatments safely, using the correct PPE and following best practice
- Maintain clear, accurate records and reports for every visit
- Advise customers on prevention and proofing measures
- Build lasting customer relationships while upholding the company\’s high standards
- Work as part of a supportive team to share knowledge and ensure great service delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
- RSPH Level 2 (or equivalent) in Pest Control – essential
- Full clean driving licence (minimum 1 year)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
- Practical problem-solver with strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently
- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varied environments
- Good IT skills for reporting and communication
