Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in tech recruitment (contract, perm, or both).
- Proven billing track record with a 360 or full-desk model.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset – you know how to run a desk and bring results.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely.
- Strong communicator and confident in managing clients and candidates.
- Experience in niche tech areas (Salesforce, cloud, AI, dev, etc.) is a plus.
