The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

We are looking for a Project Support Officer to support one of our NHS customers in the North to support their Frontline Digitalisation Programme, part-time, 3 days per week.

Key skills and experience required:

  • Work alongside the Project Managers and project teams to assist in programme delivery.
  • First point of contact for Stakeholders, logging and responding to queries where appropriate and escalating and tracking where necessary.
  • Provide project administrative support, maintaining the document library, associated papers, reports, presentations and risk logs, and communicating progress to a range of stakeholders.
  • Good team player.
  • Good communication skills either face to face or virtual.
  • Experience of working in a highly organised and time critical administrative role.
  • Experience of using structured administration systems (e.g. Administration or Audit or clinical).
  • Experience of working with external suppliers and contractors.
  • NHS experience.

This role is primarily remote, will be required to attend site for meetings when required. Part-time for 3 days per week, however, may be required for full time further down the line. 3 months minimum (possible 6 months).
