We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us look after our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.
We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of the area, with travel around the surrounding areas to service machines. We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and colleagues. You will enjoy multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all our photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and presentable, turning first-time customers into lifelong clients. This role is more than just a field service engineer position; for the right person, it will be highly rewarding and enjoyable. Our business fosters a fun, energetic, and motivating atmosphere.
If you have a full driving license, are self-motivated, eager for bonuses, keen to learn new skills, and take pride in your personal standards, you are the ideal candidate. Working hours are 45 per week, five days out of seven. The starting salary is £28,782, with an uncapped monthly bonus often around £400 after probation.

Key Responsibilities
- Replenish and restock machines
- Conduct preventative service visits within a designated territory
- Complete site surveys for new machine installations
- Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
- Handle cash removals and deposits
- Perform repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
- Manage stock both on-site and in vehicles
- Support or cover for other field engineers during holidays
- Build positive relationships with colleagues and concession partners
- Maintain a professional appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and leave machines in better condition than found
