Job Description
Full‑time Care Coordinator to join a fast‑paced, friendly office team providing domiciliary health and social care services. Requires own vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Rostering staff to ensure safe and efficient service delivery to clients.
- Take joint responsibility for service provision in allocated locality.
- Monitor community care workers, conduct supervisions and appraisals.
- Liaise with other professionals involved in service users’ care.
- Support and/or be included in the on‑call service during out‑of‑hours.
Skills and Abilities
- Team player with initiative.
- Logistics skills.
- Highly organised, prioritising efficiently.
- Strong oral and written communication.
- Knowledge of domiciliary care provision.
Preferable
- Willingness to pursue QCF (NVQ) level 3 in Care/Management or equivalent.
- Domiciliary care experience.
Required
- IT skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
