We’re experts in keeping managed properties safe and legal, resolving maintenance issues, finding high-quality tenants for good quality homes and minimising void periods in properties.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various projects.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong electrical background to contribute to diverse industrial and commercial settings, ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installation condition reports (EICR)
  • Responding to electrical maintenance reports to resolve faults and issues
  • Writing up reports and quotations

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or older equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
  • City \& Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) in Inspection and Testing
  • ECS Gold Card
  • DBS check and a full driver’s license
  • Work well in a fast paced environment
