Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly objective set by the retail management monitoring sales performance and KPIs, proposing commercial action to achieve the store's target.
- Oversee all daily operations of MAX&Co. flagship store, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and optimise product presentation to drive sales and reflect the MAX&Co. brand standard.
- Managing and coordinating the sales team with specific induction plans and team development.
- Ensuring an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and tailored service.
