We are currently seeking a Store Manager for the new Marella store in Harrods for a full-time permanent position.

OBJECTIVES

  • Coordination and management of all activities related to the assigned store.
  • Ensuring that the business objectives are met, including brand image, customer service satisfaction, brand identity and corporate standards required.
  • Ensuring that business budgets are met, maximising all resources available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guarantee qualitative and quantitative staff and personal goals achievement, alongside the objectives set by the retail director.
  • Develop the database and implement CRM activities under Brand guidelines and by using the given tools (iPad, Mobile, etc).
  • Develop and consolidate the Client database.
  • Train and manage the staff, assigning individual targets, tasks and objectives to reach in accordance with the business goals.
  • Act as point of contact between personal and work related matters / contracts.
  • Guarantee high visual standards in stores, for products, and sales representatives, in alignment with the brand's standard requirements.
  • Planning and developing the staff's product, clientele and sales knowledge by optimising the available tools and the company's methods of training.
  • Managing the product in accordance with the guidelines of product rotation, visual merchandising, considering the assigned business objectives.
  • Gathering and analysing data, and providing feedback to headquarters.
  • Managing product requests from the assigned store door, optimising its stock level.
  • Analyse selling reports and business performance.
  • Guarantee all assigned resources are constantly representing the brand.
  • Selling according to the needs of the store and the management priority.
