Job Description: Max&Co Store Manager – London
Ensure the daily, weekly and monthly objective set by the retail management monitoring sales performance and KPIs, proposing commercial action to achieve the store\’s target
Oversee all daily operations of MAX&Co. flagship store, ensuring maximum operational efficiency and delivering an exceptional customer experience
Implement visual merchandising guidelines and optimise product presentation to drive sales and reflect the MAX&Co. brand standard
Managing and coordinating the sales team with specific induction plans and team development
Ensuring an exceptional customer experience, building lasting relationships with clients, providing personalized styling advice and tailored service
Previous and proven leadership and team management experience
Fluency in English; Italian is a plus
Flexible, motivated, and goal- oriented with a drive for success
