As a Senior Client Advisor, you embody the Max Mara DNA and play a key role in delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You will act as a Brand Ambassador, driving sales performance through strong client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring excellence in every stage of the client journey.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding and personalized service in line with Max Mara’s heritage and luxury standards.
- Drive individual and team performance to achieve the store’s overall business objectives.
