SALES ASSISTANT FULL TIME @MAX MARA SELFRIDGES

Max Mara is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team at Selfridges. You will play a key role in conveying the brand’s identity and excellence in service, contributing to store performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

1. Welcome and assist clients in line with Max Mara’s brand values, service standards, and selling ceremony.
2. Support the achievement of personal and store goals through teamwork.
3. Develop and maintain strong client relationships via dedicated clientele activities.
4. Ensure the store is impeccably presented, with merchandise properly displayed and organized.
5. Stay informed about product knowledge, brand heritage, and fashion trends.
6. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally and empathetically.
7. Act as an ambassador of Max Mara’s customer-centric approach.

The ideal candidate will:

1. Speak fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
2. Have 1–3 years of retail experience; experience in luxury or premium fashion is preferred.
3. Be passionate about fashion, sales, and delivering outstanding customer service.
4. Be goal-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
5. Maintain high standards in presentation and behavior in line with the brand image.
