The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards.
  • Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team.
  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
  • Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge.
  • Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deals with customer queries and complaints.
  • Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store.

Profile

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate good conversational English.
  • Have minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service.
  • Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Continuously maintain high standards.
