The Stock Controller is responsible for managing all stock operations within the store, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and full alignment with the Brand standards in order to support sales and sustain the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Manages all incoming and outgoing deliveries in accordance with the Brand procedures and store guidelines.
- Ensures the accuracy of stock levels through regular cycle counts and full inventories, investigating and resolving any discrepancies.
- Organises and maintains the stockroom in an orderly, clean and efficient manner to guarantee a quick and easy product flow to the shop floor.
- Supports the sales team by ensuring product availability and timely replenishment during trading hours.
- Manages transfers, returns and consolidations between the store, the warehouse and other locations.
- Handles price changes, security tagging and ticketing in line with company policies.
- Liaises with the Store Manager and Head Office on stock-related matters, reporting and system updates.
- Maintains and updates professional and technical knowledge of stock management systems and procedures.
- Acts as a key support to the team, contributing to the smooth running of the store.
The ideal candidate will
- Demonstrate good conversational English.
- Have minimum 1‑3 years of stock or back‑of‑house experience in retail; luxury experience a plus.
- Be highly organised, accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Be confident with stock management systems and basic IT tools.
- Be reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure during peak trading periods.
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
- Continuously maintain high standards.
