The Key Holder is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the store and ensuring a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Performing opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies
- Ensuring the store is consistently clean, well-organized, and visually presentable
- Supporting the Store Manager during peak business periods
- Assisting with the coordination and oversight of employee schedules
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer requests and inquiries
- Acting as Store Manager in their absence, as required
