We are looking for a full-time Store Manager for our Marella store in Belfast.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manages, coordinates, motivates the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff;
  • Responsible for recruiting, supervising and appraising staff;
  • Enhances the team's knowledge in terms of product and service, using the tools and systems provided;
  • Responsible for managing budgets and setting/meeting sales targets;
  • Undertakes store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating store reports;
  • Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction;
  • Deals with customer queries and complaints;
  • Proactively suggests strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance brand awareness in the market;
  • Actions pricing strategies according to Head Office guidance and oversees stock control;
  • Liaises with HQ;
  • Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store;
  • Works in compliance of HQ corporate guidelines and procedures.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification;
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus;
  • Significant past experience as store manager in the fashion/luxury industry;
  • Experience with contemporary brands is a plus;
  • Excellent selling skills;
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to analyze store KPIs and produce synthetic feedbacks for the HQ;
  • Strong leadership, customer service-orientation and customer management abilities;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Ability to use digital devices, and programs Microsoft Excel and Word.
