The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards.
- Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the store both individually and in a team.
- Clientele activities.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge.
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deals with customer queries and complaints.
- Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store.
Profile:
- Demonstrate good conversational English.
- Have minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service.
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
