The sales assistant is responsible for sharing the methodology and DNA of the company to clients in order to drive sales, grow the base and sustain the brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards
- Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized
- Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Deals with customer queries and complaints
- Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store
Profile: The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate good conversational English
- Have minimum 1-3 years of Retail experience; luxury a plus
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals
- Continuously maintain high standards
