The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales in compliance with company standards through the guidance, motivation and growth of on-floor resources. Guaranteeing that personnel are distributed correctly, according to flows and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Guarantees the pursuit of the qualitative/quantitative objectives of the plan assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Guarantees the development and growth of resources in coordination with the Tutor and the Department Heads.
  • Guarantees the achievement of the store's productivity objectives implemented by the Store Manager.
  • Identifies effective solutions to adapt the presence of resources on floor to the needs of the customer/market.
  • Guarantees the acquisition and development of the management skills of the Department Heads.
  • Guarantees the motivation of the team in collaboration with the management staff.
  • Guarantees the training and development of one or more department back ups to guarantee coverage of the role.
  • Collaborates with the Store Manager for effective commercial management of events.
  • Guarantees supervision of the store in the absence of the store manager.
  • Promotes development Role learning through proactive, team and digital activities, aimed at innovation and improving the effectiveness/efficiency of one's responsibilities.
  • Promotes, adopts and develops the use of digital technologies within one's function in relation to both the management of the process and in relations with internal and external interlocutors involved in the business.
  • Adopts behaviours and promotes operational/cultural actions for Sustainable Development, understood as the interconnection of practices oriented towards the Care of the Environment, Business Processes and the Organizational Community.
