Role Description
The Assistant Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Edinburgh.
This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Responsibilities include supervising and coaching store team members, coordinating staff schedules, and maintaining visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
The Assistant Store Manager monitors stock levels, supports loss prevention initiatives, and ensures that store policies and procedures are followed.
The role also involves handling customer inquiries and escalations, analyzing store performance metrics, and contributing to local marketing or clienteling activities to strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create a welcoming, luxury retail experience.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff coordination, sales floor supervision, and operational execution.
