We are currently seeking experienced Sales Consultants for the MaxMara store in Edinburgh.
Main Responsibilities:- Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards.
- Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team.
- Clientele activities.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge.
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deals with customer queries and complaints.
- Acts as ambassador of the customer-centric logic within the store.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have relevant experience in retail or a similar 'service' sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure each customer receives the highest and consistent level of professional service.
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals.
