Responsibilities
- Efficiently organize, manage, and coordinate the resources assigned to achieve commercial results.
- Ensure that Client Advisors maintain the department's spaces (product organization and care).
- Guarantee that the level of Customer Experience in the department meets company standards.
- Collaborate with the management team (Operations Manager, Store Manager, and Sales Manager).
- Promote the growth and development of the department's team members.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and codes of conduct.
- Identify and implement effective solutions to optimize the deployment of on-floor resources based on customer needs.
- Foster team motivation in collaboration with the management team.
- Promote and integrate the use of digital technologies within the scope of the role, particularly in process management and relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Champion operational and cultural actions related to Sustainable Development, focusing on environmental care, business processes, and community well-being.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with several years of experience in the role of Floor Manager, preferably within fashion and/or luxury companies with structured retail organizations.
