We are currently seeking a Full-Time (40 hours) Assistant Manager for MaxMara in Edinburgh.
Main Responsibilities:- Assists the customers in accordance with the Brand philosophy, service and quality standards.
- Pursue the specific objectives assigned by the Store Manager in order to contribute to the achievement of the overall objectives of the store, both individually and in a team.
- Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized.
- Maintain and update professional and technical knowledge.
- Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Deals with customer queries and complaints.
- Acts as ambassador of the customer‑centric logic within the store.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate good conversational English.
- Have relevant experience in luxury retail.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure each customer receives a consistent and professional service.
- Be motivated to achieve personal and team goals and have worked to KPIs.
- Continuously maintain high standards.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is a minimum.
This would be a full-time permanent role at our Edinburgh store.
