Job Description: Max&Co Area Supervisor – London

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
  • Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, effective execution, and data-driven decision making
  • Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
  • Foster a strong, client-first culture across all locations, ensuring an elevated and personalised shopping experience
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results across the area
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Buying, Marketing, and VM to support local market needs
  • Lead recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives within your area

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a multi-site retail management role, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories, or beauty
  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
  • Client-Centric: Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and ability to drive clienteling initiatives
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong business and financial understanding, with experience managing budgets, and KPIs
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively within the UK
