Job Description: Max&Co Area Supervisor – London
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and their teams to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
- Drive commercial performance through strategic planning, effective execution, and data-driven decision making
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in line with brand guidelines
- Foster a strong, client-first culture across all locations, ensuring an elevated and personalised shopping experience
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results across the area
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Buying, Marketing, and VM to support local market needs
- Lead recruitment, succession planning, and talent development initiatives within your area
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 5+ years in a multi-site retail management role, ideally within luxury fashion, accessories, or beauty
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams across multiple locations
- Client-Centric: Deep understanding of luxury customer expectations and ability to drive clienteling initiatives
- Commercial Acumen: Strong business and financial understanding, with experience managing budgets, and KPIs
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
