Overview:
We are on the lookout for established and highly skilled business development professionals. You will be responsible for new client acquisition. You must be able to proficiently express an ability to close new business from scratch, from cold introduction to ongoing management and growth of active client accounts. Performance will be rewarded.

Key responsibilities:
– Generating own leads from scratch.
– Mapping your market & developing your patch.
– Cold introductions that consistently convert to new business meetings.
– Attending regular client meetings.
– Selling a broad portfolio of printed rigid and folding carton packaging solutions.
– Consulting on structural engineering, print specifications, liaising with estimating & submitting quotes.
– Closing new business.
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients.
– Maintaining regular account contact by phone & face to face.
Candidate requirements:
– You must be able to demonstrate high proficiency in the full sales cycle & maintain a consistently high rate of activity
– Highly skilled at cold calling, consultative selling & closing
– Have experience in selling printed packaging especially printed folding cartons
– Preferably have experience within the luxury paper packaging industry
– Have experience account managing B2B services
– You must be self-disciplined, shrewd & tenacious
– Field sales experience is desirable.
– Full clean driving licence
– Strong broad IT skills
– Meticulous attention to detail
– Professional & confident communicator
– Willingness to assist in all areas necessary outside of normal duties
