This is a full-time role based in Northampton for an experienced Conveyancer. The successful candidate will handle an autonomous diverse caseload of non-volumised residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion for clients who appreciate the personal touch, working with two highly experienced conveyancers in our Residential Conveyancing department, and benefitting from paralegal support.

  • You will already be able to conduct your own matters with appropriate supervision and support. You will also support and have the benefit of learning from the senior conveyancers in more complex matters, and we hope you will aspire to work towards conducting more complex matters yourself in due course.
  • We are looking for candidates who can show an enthusiastic and committed approach to their career development and learning on the job, who will be seeking to enhance their experience and progress in their career development.
  • You will ideally have at least around 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, and might be wishing to take the next step in your career. Assistance with the SQE is available for the right candidate if necessary. Alternatively, you may just be seeking a position where referral fees and high-volume work do not feature.
  • The ideal candidate will be ambitious, friendly and proactive, and will actively look for ways to contribute without waiting to be asked. A willingness to learn and progress in due course is essential; we are looking for long term colleagues who wish to work in a supportive and friendly environment.
  • Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Northampton.
